Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 Eggs


  • 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas


  • 2 tbsp boiled Green Grams


  • 2 tbsp boiled Moth dal


  • 1 big size Chopped onion


  • 1 medium sized chopped tomato


  • 1 tsp Garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder


  • Salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp egg masala powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 4-5 Few Curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Firstly take the pan and heat the oil, once oil is heat sufficiently. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds allow to splutter them
  • Next add Ginger garlic paste, Curry leaves and chopped onion saute well till they translucent.
  • After add hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and all spices mix well . Then add finely chopped Tomato. stir about few minutes for well cooked.
  • Furthermore add 2 eggs into it. Leave them for few seconds slightly stir for cook and mix well with all spices.
  • Lastly add all boiled pulses and salt to taste mix it well. Cover the lid and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Finally sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves. And serve hot with rice, or roti.
