Firstly take the pan and heat the oil, once oil is heat sufficiently. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds allow to splutter them
Next add Ginger garlic paste, Curry leaves and chopped onion saute well till they translucent.
After add hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and all spices mix well . Then add finely chopped Tomato. stir about few minutes for well cooked.
Furthermore add 2 eggs into it. Leave them for few seconds slightly stir for cook and mix well with all spices.
Lastly add all boiled pulses and salt to taste mix it well. Cover the lid and simmer for 2 to 3 mins.
Finally sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves. And serve hot with rice, or roti.
